Advent Greetings Members and Friends of Faith, Please join us at Faith Lutheran Church, Fort Valley at 10:00 AM for our Holy Communion Service celebrating the First Sunday of Advent. The Faith Lutheran Youth Group will once again do the Christmas Eve Play. Danny Dooley has agreed to be the Director and Pastor Karen has agreed to Narrative the play. The Youth Sunday School (ages 5-17) have been changed to 9:30 with Worship followed at 10:00. active Interim Pastor, Robin Ferree, has been having a great time with us! She also received the biggest question from a younger member. "How was God made?" That quickly turned to be our last Sunday School session's tropic.  One said, "Maybe God made himself because he is so mighty and powerful." and another "It might just be beyond our understanding" What do you think? Greetings All, A big thank you to John Osifchin and Eric Guthrie for their hard work in getting the heat turned on throughout the church except for the social hall which they are hoping to have done next week! We had over 50 people in attendance! We raised $500 for the Preschool! Some left over food will be given to people in need. Local Faith Lutheran Members were also cared for! All food was homemade!
