Pam Kitner serves Faith Lutheran Church with warmth, compassion, and a deep commitment to sharing the Gospel. She leads worship, provides pastoral care, teaches, and supports the ministries of our congregation.
Pam brings a heart for service, a love for Scripture, and a desire to help people grow in faith. We are grateful for her leadership and her dedication to the mission of Christ’s Church.

Director of Music
Marilyn McCord
Marylin serves as the Organist at Faith Lutheran Church. Through her faithful musicianship, she enriches worship and helps lead the congregation in song each week. Marylin’s dedication, sensitivity to the spirit of worship, and love for church music are a true blessing to the Faith Lutheran community.

Role: To play music for Worship, special music and choir.
Financial Secretary
Celeste Allen
Celeste Allen serves Faith Lutheran as our Financial Secretary. She brings care, organization, and a heart for service to everything she does. Celeste helps ensure our church’s finances are handled faithfully and responsibly, supporting the ministries that matter most to our community.

Role: Brings in all Church money.
Treasurer
Jan Osifchin (+ John)
Jan Osifchin faithfully serves Faith Lutheran as our Treasurer. She oversees the church’s finances with care, accuracy, and a deep sense of responsibility. Jan’s steady leadership helps support every ministry we carry out, and her dedication is a true blessing to our congregation. We are grateful for the time, skill, and heart she brings to Faith Lutheran.

Role: Write checks, keep balance, run bank account, the head of money coming out.
Head of Worship
Naoko Aschmann (+Charlie)
Naoko is a cherished leader at Faith Lutheran Church. She faithfully coordinates worship and music alongside a dedicated group of God’s people, helping to create meaningful and welcoming worship each week. She also lovingly prepares Holy Communion, including homemade bread, with the help of other faithful women in the congregation. Naoko leads by example through her kindness, dedication, and joyful spirit, and we are deeply grateful for her ministry at FLC.

Role: Plan Worship & Music, prepare the Holy Supper, the Alter, Flowers, and order of Worship at Faith.

Council President
Tammy Bussineau (+Scott & Jaxson)
Tammy is a very involved individual in our Church. She recently stepped up as Council President (a Council is like a Board of volunteers who make choices for the Church). Tammy is a kind and friendly person and is our contact for any Council business.
Council Vice President
Kim Guthrie (+ Eric)
Kim is a very amazing person. As someone who loves to travel, she brings very good insight to the table. Being a kind and loving person, we are so happy to have her at Faith.
Council Secretary
Warren Dooley
Warren is a young and involved person in our Church. He loves to play sports like baseball or basketball, do Karate and Taekwondo, and he aspires to be a Lutheran Pastor one day. Warren also leads the Youth Group at Faith Lutheran and is following his dream by becoming the Chaplain of the Fort Valley Ruri-teen Club.
Council Member
Peggy Plauger (+ Terry)
Peggy is a longtime member of Faith. Her family was some of the founding members of Faith Lutheran by joining St. Davids and Mt. Zion Lutheran to form Faith Lutheran Church. Peggy is a kind and faithful person and is very involved in the Church. Such as being the Co-Chairman of the Evangelism/Stewardship Committee and being the Faith Lutheran Youth Treasurer.
Council Member
Erika Sudz
Erika is a very new member of Faith, but she was invited to take action! She is now involved by being on the Council and Evangelism/Stewardship Committee. She is an understanding and caring person, and we are so grateful to have her!

Larry Heishman
Larry is Peggy's older brother, also being a veteran to FLC and an involved member of the Church. Being recognized as one of the Church's "Blessings" in S.A.M. Pam's sermon. We are truly blessed to have him!
