​Pam serves Faith Lutheran with warmth, compassion, and a deep commitment to sharing the Gospel as our Synod Authorized Minister (or SAM). A SAM is a Lay Person with 2+ years of study and experience who is then authorized by Bishop Milton of the VA Synod to serve as a minister in a church without a pastor (SAM serves in the role of pastor). Before she was authorized as our SAM, she served Faith Lutheran and many other congregations around Shenandoah County and Page County as a Lay Minister. She leads worship, provides pastoral care, teaches, and supports the ministries of our congregation.
